- Death Gate™ does not ship to PO Boxes or short-term rental addresses such as Airbnbs under any circumstances.
- We offer free shipping on domestic USA orders over $120.
- The only shipping carrier we use is USPS. We will not ship via any other carrier under any circumstances.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced packages. Customers must contact USPS directly to file any claims for missing or damaged items. Once the package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for its handling.
- Most orders leave our facility within 7 to 10 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Pre-ordered items ship as soon as they become available. Please check the item description for pre-order details.
- Orders are packed and shipped exactly as they were originally placed. If you need to change an item's size or color after ordering, contact us immediately. We will try to help, but changes are not possible once an order has been shipped.
- Orders ship to the name & address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring all information is correct upon placing an order. If you need to change your shipping address after your order is placed, contact us immediately. We will try to help, but changes are not possible once an order has been shipped.
- If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will contact you to confirm that your order has not been successfully delivered.
- If a package is returned due to customer error (such as an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or unpaid customs), store credit for the item(s), excluding tax and shipping, will be emailed to you. Your order will not be re-shipped.
- If a return is caused by an error on our part, we will re-ship your order to you at no additional cost.
