Any derivative use of the site or its contents

YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Users under 18 may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Death Gate reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Death Gate and its associates attempt to provide accurate product information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other site content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
If a product does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Death Gate reserves the right to cancel any order affected by pricing or content errors.

You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to the content you post; that it is accurate; that its use does not violate these terms or harm any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Death Gate for any claims resulting from the content you provide.
Death Gate assumes no responsibility for content posted by you or any third party.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Death Gate are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you when we deliver the order to the carrier.

THIS SITE IS PROVIDED BY DEATH GATE ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting Death Gate, you agree that the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, govern these Terms and any dispute that may arise between you and Death Gate or its associates.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating to your visit to Death Gate or to products purchased through Death Gate shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Florida, except where you have violated or threatened to violate Death Gate’s intellectual property rights.
In such cases, Death Gate may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in Florida, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered into any court of competent jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, no arbitration may be joined with another arbitration involving any other party.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

We reserve the right to change our site, policies, and these Terms at any time.
If any condition is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.
